The Lottery Process
In accordance with Idaho law, enrollment priority and lottery weighting are established in the following order:
Returning students
Children of founders and staff
Siblings of currently enrolled students
Students residing in Kootenai County (at the time of the lottery)
All other students by random lottery
Important Note for Previous Applicants: The waitlist does not roll over. Students on the 2025-26 waitlist will not automatically be placed on the 2026-27 waitlist. Parents and guardians must re-apply for the new school year.
New Student Registration Steps
If your student is offered a seat via Lotterease or directly from the Registrar, you must complete the following steps to secure their spot.
Deadlines to keep in mind:
Standard Timeline: Once an offer is extended, you have 7 days to accept the seat. After acceptance, you have 2 weeks (14 days) from the original offer date to finish all online registration forms and document uploads.
Mid-Year Timeline: If a seat is offered after the school year has already begun, you have 48 hours to accept the seat, and all registration steps must be completed before the student may attend class.

Accept the offer of admission immediately by clicking the confirmation link in your Lotterease email, or by calling the school Registrar directly.
2.Complete Online Registration Forms

Once you confirm the seat, your online registration forms will unlock. Log into your Enrollease account to fill them out.
3.Upload Required Student Documents
Legal Requirements to Secure the Seat
Submit the following legal documents directly through your Enrollease account using the digital upload buttons. You can take a clear photo with your smartphone or scan them from a computer:
Certified Birth Certificate: In accordance with Idaho State Law (IC 18-4511), a certified copy must be provided at the time of enrollment or within 30 days of enrollment.
Immunization Record: Provide your student's most recent vaccination records. Idaho law requires all children in preschool and grades K–12 to meet immunization requirements before attendance. No child may attend class without proof of immunization status or a completed [Immunization Exemption Form].
Valid Photo ID: A government-issued photo identification of the legal/custodial parent or guardian that matches the name on the residency document.
Proof of Address: A current utility bill (issued within the last 30 days), written proof of utility activation, a mortgage statement, or a lease agreement. The document must display the same name and address as the legal/custodial parent or guardian.
Ongoing Residency Requirements
If your family's residence or contact information changes at any point during the school year, parents/guardians are required to notify the school office within fourteen (14) days of the move.
To update your records, you must submit the following directly to the main office:
A signed New Resident Affidavit
New Proof of Residency documentation (matching the requirements in Step 3)
